Ariana Grande
The Midland by AMC in Kansas City, MO, Aug. 31, $25-$32, 7:30pm.
In March, Ariana Grande, along with rapper Mac Miller, released her first single, “The Way,” which debuted at number ten on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Since the release of her first single, the actress and pop singer’s career skyrocketed. Her latest two singles, “Baby I” and “Right There” with rapper Big Sean, are out, and her album, “Yours Truly,” comes out on Sept. 3. Her album will incorperate a pop and R&B feel that will capture anyone with her amazing vocals. She is able to connect with the crowd by making each show its own. With tickets at such a low price, it would be a shame to pass up the opportunity to see this extremely talented singer live.
