Mallory Thompson, News Photo Editor
Mallory is a senior and the News Photo Editor of the Free Press Newsmagazine and Online. This is her third year on staff and outside of journalism she is involved in National English Society, NHS, and LINK Crew. You can find her doing graphic design or hanging out with her dog in her free time.
Anders Benson, Co-Yearbook Photo Editor
Anders Benson is a junior and one of the photo editors for the Yearbook! He is involved around the school in band, choir, and theater. Outside of school, he enjoys singing, playing music, and learning about life.
Lady Ortega-Perez, News Photo Editor
Lady Ortega-Perez is a Junior at Free State and is in her second year of journalism with the title of Photo Editor for the Free Press Newspaper. Outside of journalism, she is co-president of Key club, webmaster for the Kansas district level of key club, part of equity council, city of Lawrence coalition for equity, and choir.
Isabelle Prô, Yearbook Photo Editor
Isabelle is a senior and is involved in cross county and track. Outside of sports, she is the Photo Editor of the yearbook. At home, she loves to hangout with her dog.
Eli Roust, Co-Yearbook Photo Editor
Eli Roust is a senior and one of the yearbook photo editors this year. Alongside journalism, they are one of the Co-Vice Presidents of Speech and Debate, involved in choir, NHS, NEHS, LINK Crew, Friendly Firebirds, History Club, and hopefully helping to restart Tri-M. Outside of school they enjoy participating in Penguin Project, volunteering at Theater Lawrence, and playing with their dog Ceci.
Elinor Russo, Captions Editor
Elinor is a senior photographer and captions editor. She is also involved in chemistry club, fiberbirds, NHS, and LINK crew. Outside of school she enjoys photography, crocheting, gardening, and playing piano.
Geneva Sabatini, News Design Editor
Geneva Sabatini is a senior at Free State and is the design editor for the Free Press. She runs track and cross country and loves to spend time with friends and family. Outside of school, she paints, reads, and loves to watch movies.
