Mr. E the Motivator
During Late Arrival on Thursday, Oct. 10, Mr. E the Motivator, an engagement specialist for students, parents, and teachers, came and spoke to Free State. Sponsored by Free State’s Can We Talk club and Renaissance committee, Mr. E’s presentation aimed to encourage students to perform their best in school to ultimately be successful in life. Mr. E is a counselor by trade who travels the country giving motivational speeches. His contemporary humor allowed him to connect with students so they could profit from his interactive demonstrations that detailed successes and failures in life. While Free State sponsored the event, students from Lawrence High School and Highland Park High School of Topeka also attended.
