The bracket for the 2013 NCAA tournament has been solidified. Kansas has regained their one seed with a win over Kansas State in the Big 12 Tournament. Other one seed teams are Louisville, Gonzaga and Indiana.
Kansas will go all the way. With their bench players stepping up, it’s providing more depth to the team for when starters get into foul trouble. They have one of the top-scoring freshmen and the league’s record-setting shot blocker.
Gonzaga won’t go further than the Sweet 16. They will be in a matchup with Kansas State and even though they beat them once during the regular season, they won’t beat them again. The team has talent, but after their weak schedule during the regular season, they don’t have the experience they need to win against tough teams.
Louisville will make a deep run in the tournament making it to the championship game with a win over Duke in the Elite Eight. They are being led by an experienced backcourt player, Peyton Siva.
Indiana will get to the Final Four and lose to Kansas. This team has a lot of talent; they are led by Victor Oladipo and Cody Zeller. However, Travis Releford will control Oladipo with this stellar defense and Jeff Withey will block Zeller’s shots.
The madness is soon to begin, and all teams will be put to the test.
